The Bureau of Labor Statistics released their monthly estimate of job growth by state and select metropolitan statistical areas on Friday. Where would you guess the 2015 jobs are showing up? Here's a look. First, a Brief Look at the Total Job Creation Picture by State Here's a look at the total job picture by state. It's relatively easy to see the recessions, recoveries, booms, and busts. As has been the case since the early 1970s, the top area for employment is California.
